We ensure integrity through high-quality Ethics and Compliance Programs
We have a strong Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program in the organization that helps us proactively identify risks, improve ethical behavior and become audit ready in addition to ensuring compliance to various regulations. Our compliance strategy is in place to determine potential risks, identify ways to mitigate them in time, and outline a future course action. We have programs, processes, and technologies in place to identify, prioritize, investigate, and address compliance violations and risks before they morph into black swan events.
We have established controls and processes, defining accountability, and centrally managing compliance requirements, which are easily accessible to all concerned departments. Our compliance department collaborates with other departments and regulatory compliances groups to manage the compliance processes, controls, templates, and timelines. We ensure complete visibility into organizational compliance, so that the compliance department can perform regular or ad-hoc assessment to minimize violations.
We have a strong and well-communicated code of ethics that defines the culture and expected behavior of everyone working in or with the organization. In addition, we have a separate supplier code of conduct that outlines the requirements that our manufacturing partners and suppliers needs to fulfill.
We run training programs on regular intervals so that our employees are aware of the organization’s culture and its ethical boundaries. We make sure our employees follow the guidelines detailed in our code of conduct and act accordingly.
We have dedicated hotline numbers to enable employees to anonymously report issues of bribery, fraud, ethical violations, discrimination, and other incidents of misconduct at workplace. It helps us tracking each issue from creation to closure.

We adhere to the guidelines set by United Nation’s Global Compact
As the world’s population grows, the demand for energy, water, and food has increased exponentially. The environment is in a state of crisis. Our natural resources are quickly depleting and we need to be more conscious in the way we produce and consume goods.. At N2N, we have developed sustainable strategy that engages our people in improving supply chain sustainability and manage our footprint responsibly.
Our sustainability strategy is based on the five-step formula as illustrated here.
Prepare a business case to ensure stakeholders and management buy-in
Priorities focus on areas based on our specific markets and value chain
Build the right partnership with key stakeholders
Find the right metrics to evaluate progress
Be transparent with consumers about sustainability progress
We are involved in creating end-to-end supply chain and logistics solution to customers across the globe. We source a wide variety of products from hundreds of manufacturers in Bangladesh and deliver to our customers.
We have prioritized to design a responsible and sustainable supply chain that meet the demands of the global retail sector and at the same time making sure that the lives of all involved remains protected. Our aim is to make lives better for all people along the supply chain.
But we cannot do this alone and this is why we work with our suppliers in Bangladesh and partners to address the challenges that is present in the sector.
We have various initiatives designed and implemented for our suppliers.
We perform full risk assessment before we enter into a partnership with a supplier and make it a best practice to work with suppliers, who have greater capability and reduced risks. On the other hand, we also support those suppliers who needs support to improve their performance.
Our Supplier Code Of Conduct lists the minimum requirements/standards required in accordance with the United Nation’s Global Compact and ILO’s Core Conventions. This document outlines the requirements related to human and labor rights, environment, occupational health and safety, as well as transparency and ethics. All suppliers must be able to meet the required standards on all these areas as a condition of manufacturing for our clients.
We have our internal audit and evaluation team as well as external parties who performs announced or unannounced audits to verify the implementation of the standards by manufacturers. This combination of internal and external audits has improved the visibility on the supply chain.
Mitigating the impact of global climate change and managing our environmental footprint is key elements of our sustainability strategy. We make sure that our procurement and consumption of resources is sustainable and we are conducting our material sourcing and product manufacturing responsibly. We have taken initiatives such as reducing the consumption of papers and electricity as well as waste and are working with our manufacturing partners to make it a common practice everywhere.
By engaging our employees, we spark innovative changes in everyday business processes that save money and reduce environmental and social impacts while also inspiring team members to make sustainable choices at home and in their communities.
When it comes to looking at ways to reduce our footprint, we very much see a direct correlation between reducing our costs and engaging our employees. Be it changing light bulbs, turning off the lights or getting our team members to innovate greener solutions in their jobs, engaging our employees to identify easy, low cost efficiency initiatives can result in significant results.
