Our People Management Strategy is aligned with the organization’s strategy for optimum efficiency. We incorporate the best practices to ensure that our people are happy at the workplace and can connect their individaul goals with that of the organization.

We ensure that a stable workforce is in place and believe in retaining the people we have for the success of the organization. We want our people to go home after work and provide for themselves and their families without worrying about restructuring or a layoff.

Hiring the right people

We bring in people who believes in the organization’s vision and can add value. Our selection process is free from discrimination and fair. By bringing in the right people, we build a competitive advantage. We look at three key characteristics while choosing a  candidate and they are Ability, Trainability, and Commitment. 

Self-managed and effective teams

Teamwork is the most crucial aspect for an entity like us and without it we cannot achieve our goals. Our teams add value as it consists of a highly motivated people, who thinks differently, but works towards a common goal. Everyday new ideas are being generated and these are processed and combined to find the best one. Creating and nurturing high-performance teams is our main objective and we implement several methods such as measuring team performance and rewarding team excellence to support teamwork.

We implement processes where teams across the organization works together to achieve the  common goal. Methods such as individual personality assessments also help us understand how other team members think and behave.

Fair and Performance-Based Appraisal and Compensation

Our people add values to the organization and we have incorporated a fair and transparent performance review process to ensure that they are compensated fairly. We follow market trends across our field, and adjacent fields to design the employee benefits package.

We also have our reward and recognition program, through which we recognize the different types of contributions made by the employees. By coupling organizational performance outcomes with individual rewards, the employee is incentivized to maximize this outcome. These are performance-related awards.
