N2N Quality Assurance

While it is a common practice amongst manufacturers and sourcing companies to perform Quality Control activities, N2N takes a more deep approach to ensure quality. We use both Quality Assurance and Quality Control through out the production process to ensure a quality product. Quality Assurance is part of our quality management that is focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled whereas our Quality Control focuses on fulfilling the quality requirements. Our Quality Management System is based on both QA and QC.

OUR PROCESS

N2N Sourcing follows the below process for each production:

  • Our Quality Assurance team check and update the activities/processes required for producing a quality product
  • One of the quality controller is stationed at the factory from day one of the production cycle where he/she monitors each process till finish
  • Fabric Inspection, Trims and Packaging Inspection is done and only approved batches are forwarded for cutting
  • In-line inspection is conducted daily and issues are highlighted and rectified just in time
  • We conduct two pre-final inspection at 50% and 80% stages of the production to make sure output is per requirements
  • On the day of final inspection, a team of industry experts conducts the final inspection. They check whether the product specification, internal AQL standards, and packaging & labeling requirements have been made.
  • A detailed report prepared by the chief quality controller is shared with manufacturer and customer
  • If passed, we provide the green light for shipment and in case we find defects, the supplier is asked to correct/reproduce the product as per agreement with N2N
